Episode 7: Holiday Harmony

In this episode I delve into how we often find ourselves frantically preparing for the holiday season and with all this crazy-busy-ness, we can lose sight of the underlying values that define the true intent of this season, the core values of hope, peace, joy, love and gratitude.  As a result, It’s also the perfect time to carve out a wee bit of time for some self reflection on these core values that make this time of year so special.

Below are the questions I shared in this episode to reflect upon, ideally daily, during this holiday season. These questions are designed to help you uncover any obstacles you face in experiencing these emotions and discover opportunities to pivot and uplift your own experience and that of those around you, including your colleagues and leaders in the workplace.
